THE LOVE OF GOD IS ETERNAL

(Psalms 103:17 But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children)

The most glorious and precious gift of God to mankind is Jesus-Christ, and Jesus-Christ is the tangible manifestation of God's love for mankind on earth. Our frail state prompted the flow of His mercy towards us, and His goodness causes his grace to rain on us.

Before any miracle, signs, wonders, blessings, and prosperity were, is and will be the love of God, and after all, that love remains.

Despite our errors, mistakes, and sins, that love does not change as God's intrinsic nature is LOVE! He loves us out of his nature. As much as the shine of a polished diamond will never become dimed, so will the intensity of God's love never changes.

Our perception of God's love may change in the face of challenge and adversity(God where are you, Don't you see what I am going through?), but He remains the same and never changes. He is more present in times of trials and challenges 2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

HEALED FROM LEUKAEMIA

- A medically documented healing testimony -

In the summer of the year 2022, I received a prayer request from a Christian lady residing in Dublin, Ireland. She needed an agreement in prayer about her husband’s medical condition. Her husband had been undergoing treatment for leukaemia for a number of years, and she had just received a deeply concerning report from the doctor. Due to his advanced age, his body was no longer responding properly to the treatment, and he was advised to put his house in order(Prepare for death).

His CBC(complete blood count) has been showing a steep drop of red cell count to less than 500.000 per microlitre. The recommended healthy standard count for an adult male would be between 4.1 to 6.4 million per microlitre.

On a Tuesday night at around 7:30 pm, the Spirit of the Lord prompted me to make a phone call and pray in agreement with her. We prayed in his absence, and as instructed by the Spirit of God, she presented a bottle of water which we also prayed over so she could use it as a point of contact with her husband.

The very same night, he woke up from his sleep and complained to be very thirsty. She exploited the opportunity to have him drink the blessed water.

The next day, as usual, she drove him to the Beaumont hospital for treatment. Usually, she would drop him off at 9:00 am and pick him up by 1:00 pm.

But that day turned out to be very different. She received a call to pick him back home within 30 minutes. As she turned back, her heart pounded in anxiety. She expected negative news. She wondered why would the doctor send him back home in just a few minutes whereas the treatment takes a minimum of 3 hours?

On arrival, she was joyfully presented with the new blood test report: the red blood cell count had changed from less than 500.000 to 6.5 million per microlitre. The treatment was no longer needed until they identified the reason for the abrupt improvement overnight. It was subsequently cancelled.

Jesus the healer through prayer and the blessed water changed his blood count overnight. The leukaemia was gone!Glory be to God!

As you read this testimony, be ready to be touched by the same grace. Join us in the next Jesus the Healer conference.Glory be to Jesus.

A PARALYZED ARM RESTORED

In the summer of the year 2017, I was invited to join an outreach team for a prayer meeting at @Gleneagle Hotel Killarney, Ireland. The night before my preaching, I watched a video of Dr Oral Roberts, "Healing is the Children's Bread" and I was inspired to preach the same message. On D-day, a heavy anointing for healing overwhelmed me and the entire venue and produced baffling miracles.A farmer whose left arm was paralyzed following a farming accident was divinely restored. He had lost 90 per cent of his arm mobility and could not lift it higher than his waistline. While he was trying to demonstrate his condition when I approached him, he lifted his then-paralyzed left arm up to heaven without realizing that he was healed! His spouse shouted in amazement, and the house was in praise!

God gracefully and dignifiedly assume full responsibility for the healing of mankind. He is the maker. Trust him for your healing. Exodus 15:26 ....for I am the Lord who heals you.

Our current status is not our final position.

In Christ, we grow from children to sons and we mature into heirs of the kingdom, a kingdom that has no end. This transformation comes through our acquaintance with the Word of God that teaches His ways and plans, and the leading of the Holy Spirit that confirms it.

Romans 8:14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.PRAYER: Lord, teach me to diligently focus and follow the leading of your Spirit at all times.

WHEN WE FAIL TO UNDERSTAND GOD’S LOVE(God, LOVE & Blood by Christian Djoussa)

Five inevitable consequences unfold when we fail to understand the love of God as Christians: self-righteousness, condemnation of others and their actions, self-condemnation, outrage over God’s mercy in people's lives, and gradual alienation from God.

The beam of the cross represents the two-way relationship required in Christianity, the vertical pointing to our relationship with God while the horizontal is directing to our relationship with God’s people, our fellow humans. If one beam does not follow its line, the cross changes its appearance.

1 - Self-righteousness

This describes the attitude whereby people grow a sense of entitlement because they meet certain sets of rules they carved themselves. Their strength of belief becomes purely legalistic. They ignore that they were not chosen for their righteousness Luke 18:9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get

2 - Condemnation of others and their actionsThis attitude is a derivative of the previous, whereby people will be regarded as unworthy if they do not live according to some set of rules, or if they happen to commit sin. The consciousness of God’s forgiveness is disregarded and it gives way to condemnation, away from the will of God that none should perish 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfil his promise as some count slowness but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

3 - Self-condemnation

And again, a poor understanding the of plan of salvation, and more especially the continuous cleansing by the blood of Jesus leads people to self-condemnation. If they happen to commit a sin of a grave nature, they condemn and disqualify themselves from God’s love instead of seeking his mercy.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

4 - Outrage at God’s mercy to people

When God shows mercy and grace to people who are regarded as unworthy, it mostly causes outrage in the minds of people with superficial knowledge of God’s love. Their sense of self-entitlement takes an upset.

People at Golgotha would have grown extremely upset if they knew the promise made by Jesus to the second thieve at the cross to take him to paradise.

Luke 23:40-4340 But the other criminal protested, “Don’t you fear God even when you have been sentenced to die? 41 We deserve to die for our crimes, but this man hasn’t done anything wrong.” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom.”43 And Jesus replied, “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

5 - Gradual alienation from God.

This attitude grows when we lose sight of how valuable we are to God, and how expensive was the price for our redemption. 1 Peter 1:23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

It is therefore critical to always remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God! No matter how deep we may have fallen, we do not run away from God, but we run to him instead.

Romans 8:35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

THE LOVE OF GOD IS EXTRAVAGANT - NONE IS EXCLUDED

The concept of the love of God seems very abstract to the common Christian to the point that many have spent a lifetime without acquiring a deep glimpse into this reality, or benefiting from its knowledge. The love of God is a palpable and effective reality, it is the intrinsic root of God’s relationship with man. (John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.)

Although eternity will not be enough to fully comprehend this unrelenting love, God himself can give us a deep understanding in this lifetime that goes beyond the average level.

Failure to fairly fathom the love of God has misled many to self-condemnation, others to discouragement, and others even to lose faith! (Hosea 3:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge).

Many have found it difficult to relate with God because of an unworthy past life, upholding the belief that the gravity of their errors and mistakes cannot be forgiven. They feel unworthy to approach God, keeping a guilty conscience and disregarding the very fact that the purpose of Jesus Christ's coming was to redeem them, effectually.

When we feel like we are not good enough to be loved by God, we should remember that God’s love is greater than our doubts. We must silence the sounds of condemnation so we can hear the voice of God’s loving assurance and remember that He has selected us to be part of His family.

Here are four simple but essential facts about God’s love:

1 - God’s love is individual and personalised. 2 - God’s love is everlasting, eternal. 3 - God’s love is from before time.4 - God’s love is irresistible.

1 John 3:1 Consider the kind of extravagant love the Father has lavished on us—He calls us children of God! It’s true; we are His beloved children. And in the same way, the world didn’t recognise Him, the world does not recognize us either.

CAN YOU REALLY TRUST OR RELY ON THE WORD OF GOD?

1 - The Word of God is the inherent substance of creation, the power behind all creation, visible and invisible. Everything in this physical world and beyond came into being by the spoken Word of God. The universe was ordained by His Word, which we have also received. This is why we can say be healed, and people get healed, be delivered and the oppressed are delivered

Genesis 1:1-3Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Psalms 33:6 By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and all the stars by the breath of His mouth 2 Peter 3:5 For they deliberately overlook this fact, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of water and through water by the word of God.

2 - The Sun, Moon, Earth, Sea, Stars, and the Heavens keep their routine cycle in obedience to the Word of God. They were commanded by the spoken Word of God to exist and to do what they are currently doing, and they have been obeying since. The sun rises up in the morning as it was commanded, the day follows the night, and the night follows the day. The earth revolves around the sun, and the rain falls in its due season. The winter, summer, spring and autumn follow their cycle without disruptions.

Psalms145:5-6”Let them praise the name of the Lord! For he commanded and they were created. And he established them forever and ever; he gave a decree, and it shall not pass away.“‭‭

3 - The Word of God upholds and regulates the universe, the astral system, the times and seasons, and the running of days and nights.

Hebrews 1:3 And He (JESUS)is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature and upholds all things by the word of His power.

4 - Our understanding of God’s mystery of creation and eternity can only be made effective through faith in the Word of God, nothing else.Although we can see the creation and its wonders with our physical eyes, we need spiritual eyes to see and fathom their source, which is the Word.

Hebrew 11:3 By faith, we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.

5 - As much as the Word of God has achieved in history, and is continuously fulfilling what the bible describes, would it not accomplish more in your life as child of God?

Speak the Word of God daily in your life and every situation, your village and community, your city and country, and declare that at the personal level that you will become the person God has appointed you to become, speak divine healing against sickness, speak divine protection and divine provision through the Word of God.

TRUST IN GOD’S PLAN AND LEADING

As much as you did not choose to come into this worldAs much as you did not choose the parents through which you were bornAs much as you did not choose your date and place of birthAs much as you did not choose your race and physical appearance As much as you did not choose your gender or body sizes(height and weight)

Someone else’s did. It is therefore more than reasonable to trust the one who did, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He is fully trustworthy and reliable.

He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end(Revelation 22:13). He holds the key to your life.

THE TRANSFER OF GOD'S GRACE, GLORY AND PEACE

Each moment spent in the presence of God, either through prayer, fasting, scripture reading, praise and worship, or listening to anointed sermons generates a spiritual transfer of Grace and glory.

Moses, responding to God's call to meet Him on Mount Sinai, unexpectedly spent 40 days and nights in his presence. And when he climbed down the mountain, not only did he have two tablets written on by the finger of God, but his face shone with God's glory! Yes, there was a radiating shine on his face that compelled him to veil his head to avoid unnecessary looks and distractions. The spiritual evidence of the time spent in the presence of God was the printed tablets, while the physical evidence was the shine on his face.

Exodus 34:29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.

This also occurs with a dimmer intensity when we spend time alone with God. The longer the time spent in His presence, the more visible and bolder the evidence.

He writes His Word in our hearts as spiritual evidence (Jeremiah 31:33 .....I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts, and will be their God, and they shall be my people) and gives us peace as physical evidence. (Philippians 4:6 And the peace that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

Spend more time in God's presence and let His Word be printed in your heart, and His peace reflect in your life despite all challenges, difficulties and betrayals of life.

THE FATHERHOOD OF GOD (Matthew 6:1-34) - THE PERFECT FATHER

This chapter of Matthew's epistle which contains a total of 34 verses gives us a profound divine insight about God's status as our Heavenly Father.
The expression Father or Heavenly Father is used interchangeably 12 times by Jesus Christ to describe God, doubling down the Fatherhood's revelation.
A father's role is to love, protect, provide, guide, discipline, heal and reassure his children. Through this status, God is seeking to build a close relationship with us, his children. Despite all his innumerable and powerful attributes including almighty, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, his heart beats for us.
While teaching us how to pray, Jesus Christ recommended addressing God as “Our Father in Heaven". He is the perfect Father.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
1 “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your FATHER in heaven.-----------------------------------------------------------------
4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your FATHER, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your FATHER, who is unseen.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Then your FATHER, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you
-----------------------------------------------------------------
8 Do not be like them, for your FATHER knows what you need before you ask him.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
9 “‘Our FATHER in heaven,
-----------------------------------------------------------------
14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly FATHER will also forgive you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your FATHER will not forgive your sins.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
18 so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your FATHER, who is unseen;
-----------------------------------------------------------------
and your FATHER, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly FATHER feeds them.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly FATHER knows that you need them.

Isaiah 11:2

The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him—the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and strength, the Spirit of knowledge and fear of the LORD.

Matthews 6:9 Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come;

The better we understand the profound will of God to relate with us as a father, the brighter we shine forth his nature in us. It makes it easier to heal the sicks, raise the deaths, and deliver the captives.

Psalm 121:3-5

3 He will not let your foot slip—

he who watches over you will not slumber;

4 indeed, he who watches over Israel

will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord watches over you—

the Lord is your shade at your right hand;

JESUS HEARD A VOICE, THE PEOPLE HEARD A THUNDER, OTHERS THOUGHT THEY HEARD AN ANGEL SPEAKING. THE SAME VOICE, THREE DIFFERENT PERCEPTIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS.

John 12:28-30 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it and will glorify it again. The people, therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him. Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.

John 12:28-30 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it and will glorify it again. The people, therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him.Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.

JESUS IS OUR INTERCESSOR, WE HAVE A FULL BACKUP IN TIMES OF WEAKNESS

Romans 8:34 Who is there to condemn us? For Christ Jesus, who died, and more than that was raised to life, is at the right hand of God—and He is interceding for us.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY WALK IN GODS PLAN?

God has a plan for you, God has a plan for your life, and it is a plan of god and not of evil. Yet it is critical to follow certain steps in order to successfully walk in that plan.

1 - Acknowledge that God is the creator of Heaven and Earth, and all that is within. He has full control over everything, every creation and everything happening, either good or bad. Nothing escapes his knowledge and control.Psalms 24:1 The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.

2 - Acknowledge that you have been in the mind of God even before coming to the earth, and God has not left us as orphans on the earth. And He will be with you until eternity. Our relationship with God will never end and will only grow closer and closer.

Jeremiah 1:4-5 The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

3 - Acknowledge that we are born of not, and not by the decision of man or an accidental circumstances John 1:12-13Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

4 - Acknowledge that everything God creates is for a purpose, God does nothing out of vanity Jeremiah 1:4-5 The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

5 - You need to submit to God’s plan, and not try to impose your plan to God.Jeremiah 29:11For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

6 - You need to agree with God’s plan, and team up with Him to successfully fulfill that plan.Amos 3:3Can two people walk together without agreeing on the direction?

7 - Always put God’s plan first, before any personal wishes and wants, pains or distresses.Luke 22:42 Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but [always] Yours be done.

8 - Ask the Holy Spirit what God’s plan is for your life, and what direction to take.1 Corinthians 2:9-10However, as it is written:“What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” the things God has prepared for those who love him—these are the things God has revealed to us by his SpiritIt takes the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, to know the plan of God for your life.

Glory be to God!

THE DEFEATING FAMILY WITCHCRAFT PODCAST COMING SOON

PRIDE : THE KILLER OF GOD'S GRACE

God's grace is always available for each of us, to heal, save and deliver. However, a prideful attitude expressed overtly or covertly triggers abhorrence from God. (James 4:6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”)In bible history, pride has been linked to the darkest person: satan. In the course of my ministry, I have noticed that many Christians are considerably prideful but disguise it skillfully with apparent reverent attitudes. As it is written in James 4:6, the predisposition to attract God's grace is spiritual humility. Spiritual humility is the belief that you cannot help yourself, only God can.You cannot save, heal or deliver yourself, only God can. You are at God's Mercy and He chooses when and how to heal or help you.The case of Naaman, the successful and powerful Syrian general is a typical depiction of how pridefully many people approach God and fail to receive his grace. Naaman's pride almost cost him his redemption from leprosy.

Many approach God with recommendations, social status and wealth, that are not relevant in the spirit realm, instead of a repentant heart. (Psalms 51:17 My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.)

2 Kings 5:1-19 When Naaman told the king what the girl had said, the king replied, “Go ahead! I will give you a letter to take to the king of Israel.” Naaman left and took along 30,000 pieces of silver, 6,000 pieces of gold, and 10 new outfits. He also carried the letter to the king of Israel. It said, “I am sending my servant Naaman to you. Would you cure him of his leprosy?”

Naaman left with his horses and chariots and stopped at the door of Elisha's house. Elisha sent someone outside to say to him, “Go wash seven times in the Jordan River. Then you'll be completely cured.” But Naaman stormed off, grumbling, “Why couldn't he come out and talk to me? I thought for sure he would stand in front of me and pray to the LORD his God, then wave his hand over my skin and cure me. What about the Abana River or the Pharpar River? Those rivers in Damascus are just as good as any river in Israel. I could have washed in them and been cured.”

6 REASONS WHY WE NEED THE WORD OF GOD DAILY

1 - Because God says so, it is given to us as our daily bread. Matthews 4:4 “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

2 - It is a lamp that lightens our path through life. Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

3 - It is a source of prosperity and success.Joshua 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

4 - it is our legal defence against our enemies and any false accusationsPsalms 35:1 Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me!

5 - It heals and delivers from destruction. Psalms 107:20 He sent his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

6 - It is our sword for spiritual warfare.Ephesians 6:17 ....the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.

THE TWO OPTIONS AT THE CROSS

The scenario at Golgotha, on the day of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and the two criminals illustrate the two available options for each human being: we either mock and despise Him, or we anchor to his Mercy to enter His kingdom. MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE, CHOOSE LIFE - Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.

Luke 23:39-43One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!”But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.”Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

SAVED AND REDEEMED AT THE LAST HOUR - JESUS LOOKS BEYOND OUR ERRORS AND MISTAKES

Regardless of past or present mistakes, the hand of the Lord is always outstretched to save and redeem us. Many may have been condemned by the law of men for criminal behaviour, and some are despised and rejected for their lifestyle of drug and alcohol abuse or promiscuity, but the door of the Lord remains OPEN for you. All you need to do is simply ask to be remembered in His Mercy, and he will take you into His Glory.

The first person to be warranted access to paradise lived a lifestyle contrary to the law of men. Condemned to death for criminal behaviour, he acknowledged Jesus at the last hour of his life and was granted access to His Kingdom. Those who came to watch and participate in the execution of the outcasts that day would be stupefied to see him in high places.

While the other criminal on the cross mocked Jesus, He instead grabbed the opportunity even at the last minute and was remembered in the Lord's Mercy.

Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.

Luke 23:40 But the other criminal protested, “Don’t you fear God even when you have been sentenced to die? 41 We deserve to die for our crimes, but this man hasn’t done anything wrong.” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom.”43 And Jesus replied, “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

INTIMACY WITH GOD

God values quality time with His children. During that time, He instructs, strengthens, informs, educates, anoints, and transfers to us his divine nature.

Isaiah 40:31

But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

When we reach the pinnacle of intimacy with GOD, he qualifies us for an untimely rapture.

Genesis 5:24:And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

ROYAL LOVE, PURPLE LOVE

JESUS Loves US eternally, and His love is without repentance. He takes us in our imperfect states and walks us through the path of improvement. Though we may fall seven times, He will lift us up again.

Nothing can stop the flow of His love towards us, neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature.

AMOUR ROYAL, AMOUR POURPRE

THE FOCUS OF GOD'S MERCY

God's Mercy does not focus on your guilt, but on your humility in accepting that He can take it away and give you a new beginning.

Remember, Satan accuses, but God exculpates.

Isaiah 1:18"Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword." For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.

UNREPENTANCE: THE NATURE OF THE PYTHON

The strongest character trait that displays in the behavior of a person deeply under the influence of the spirit of python is outright UNREPENTANCE.
Repentance is the true act of admission of guilt and submission to the judgment obliged by that guilt.
The rebellious nature of the serpent(satan) is in absolute opposition to that principle. Satan do not just refute guilt, but he goes further to rebel against any form of authority.
Most people who lie unashamedly, never acknowledge their wrongs and guilts, but instead shift the blame to others despite blatant or less conspicuous evidence are very likely to be under such influence.
It is very striking how the holy scriptures expose that destructive trait of character as it relates to the first man to be recorded as close to God.
Adam had always been in perfect and synchronized fellowship with God from his creation. Having been endowed with the very nature of God, including the ability to name all the animals in the garden through the thoughts of God, he was polluted by the sin of disobedience by association, and that unrepentant nature of the serpent came to prominence as soon as he faced God after his forfeit.

Immediately his nature seems to have been changed and corrupted. Starting by running away from his usual meetings with God, he then set out to refute to admit his wrong and instead attempted to shift the blame to God, indirectly accusing God of having given him the wrong wife.
Genesis 3:12 12 The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”
Admit your guilt no matter what it may cost you in the sight of men, it will break the power of sin over your life and you will receive Mercy from God for a better future.
Unrepentance is a rejection of God’s mercy, yet it is by His mercy that we are not destroyed. It is always available. Therefore let’s not run away from God, but run to Him when we fall.
Psalms 103:8-9
The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: Neither will he keep his anger forever.

THE DIVINE PURPOSE OF CHALLENGES

Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

As a Christian, your storm is not like others:

What worsens others sharpens you.

What impairs others improves you.

What mars others makes you stronger.

OUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST

Revelation 1:5-6 To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power forever and ever! Amen.

As believers of Christ, our acceptance and absorption of the Kingdom of Heaven is made easier when we understand our spiritual identity as established by God. It is critical we see ourselves just as the Lord Jesus sees us so that we can continuously do His will. The Lord Jesus Christ sees us as Kings and Priests to the Father. This enthronement was established by an act of love that translated through the eternal sacrifice on the cross.

Matthew 26:24 indicates that the Son of Man, Jesus Christ, will go just as it is written about him. Knowing his identity and (pre)destination, he could do only what pleased the Father (John 6:38 For I have come down from heaven, not that I should do My will, but the will of the One having sent Me). We are Kings and Priests, Glory be to GOD!

THE BORROWED MERCY OF LIFE - Luke 18:13-14

Darkness is not known as darkness until daylight is revealed.

A Robber is not known as a robber until the day he gets caught, yet he has been robbing for a long time.

A prostitute is not known as a prostitute until the day her depravity is exposed, yet she has been prostituting for a long time.

A liar is not known as a liar until the day he gets caught lying, yet he has been lying for a long time.

A prisoner is not known as a prisoner until the day the justice system condemns him to a jail sentence, yet he has been committing crimes uncaught.

Many have been prowling around, wooing honourable attitudes, pointing at others as sub-citizens and criminals, until they got caught.

Luke 18:13-14

“The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: “God, I thank you that I am not like other people – robbers, evildoers, adulterers – or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.” ‘But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, “God, have mercy on me, a sinner.” ‘I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.’”

THE OBEDIENCE THAT PRODUCES A GENERATIONAL BLESSING

The actions, inactions, and misactions of parents, (Christian parents in the context) are not without consequence on the lives of their children, grandchildren, and many future generations.

Walking with GOD is an open door for His mercy, Grace, and Blessings. It is an open gate to His kingdom. A kingdom started by sowing God's seed, Jesus Christ, and increases through the redeemed. Its increase will have no end. (Isaiah 9:7 Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.)

As a Christian parent or future parent, your engagements with GOD and His kingdom will benefit not only you, but the many generations to come through you.

Abraham chose to walk with GOD, and his children and future generations were, and are blessed through his actions. The scriptures refer to the blessing of Abraham that has come upon us but clearly reference the transition through Isaac and Jacob. In Matthew 22:32, GOD presents himself as ‘ the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'.

However, Abraham's misaction to produce a child with his servant Hagai has brought a breed of generational enemies who have become a permanent threat to the kingdom of God. (Genesis 16:12 And he shall be as a wild ass among men; his hand shall be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell over against all his brethren).

As much as your engagement with the kingdom of GOD will bless your descendants, your inactions or misactions equally have the potential to erect a barrier to the expansion of GOD's kingdom in your family.

Unfaithfulness and adultery are the destruction of GOD's grace in a family and the generations to come. Run away from such to maintain the flow of GOD's grace unhindered in your generations.

Daniel 2:24-35:34While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them. 35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were all broken to pieces and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them away without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth.

FILL YOUR PRAYERS WITH THANKSGIVING

By human standards, "Thank You" is only released as an exchange for a gift, service, or help, as a sign of gratefulness for something we have been given. This highlights the egoistic dimension of thanksgiving. It limits Christians's mindset to thank GOD only when they have received something from GOD.

In the spirit realm, it is NOT so. Angels and all heavenly beings around God's throne thank Him continually for being GOD, for just His presence. (No house, no cars, no money, no healing, no breakthrough).

Revelation 7:9-12

9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, f“Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and gthe four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 isaying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

WHERE DOES LIFE ORIGINATE FROM?

As a human being, and more importantly as a Christian, it is critical for the benefit of one's spiritual growth to ask yourself existential questions: Where does life originate from? Who is the giver of life, or who is behind life?

In history, scientists, thinkers, and philosophers have tried to answer that question outside of God's knowledge, unfortunately in vain. Many failed catastrophically, with some attributing the origin of life to nature, others to evolution (from apes to humans) etc. Because there is no existence without God, there is no life without Him!

In the Holy Scriptures, John 1:12-13 provides a straight answer to that question with verse 13 our focus point:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.Did you get that? We are not born by blood, meaning not by natural occurrence, nor are we born of flesh, meaning not of human decision, but solely by the Will of God.

Many married couples are clinically sound to procreate children, yet it does not happen. Many children are conceived without the will or knowledge of the genitors. Many couples have to wait for long years until they see the miracle of childbearing occurring. The most striking confirmation of this view is highlighted in the life of Zechariah (and Elizabeth). A righteous priest of the priestly descendants of Levi. His position as a priest could not help him, or his righteous living.

At God’s appointed time, when all hopes were fading due to their advanced age, he received a visitation of the Lord’s angel who announced God’s intention to give them a son, a child to be consecrated to the Lord named John. A child that would bring joy and gladness, and may will rejoice at his birth.Luke 1:1-19.

Defying the natural occurrence, the medical soundness, and the ageing factor, God brought the child in His own time, based on the timing of his divine plan. God did not stop at bringing John to the world but also detailed the full purpose of his coming: Luke 1:15-17 He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb. 16 And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

WHAT IS GOD PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE?

THE SUPERNATURAL WALK

Our walk with God is not futile and MUST trigger the manifestation of a supernatural dimension in us.

Enoch's unexplained disappearance from the surface of the earth, Jesus walking on water, Peter through a mere word causing the successive death of Ananias and Sapphira, and the miraculous healing of Naaman the Syrian general of leprosy are a few signs of the supernatural affecting our natural environment.

If you are not yet seeing those signs, it might be just an indication that a firmer dedication is required in your walk with God. Generally, prolonged hours in fellowship with the Holy Spirit and prayer would set you in a favourable dimension.

Mose spent 40 days and nights at the mountain in the presence of God, and as a direct sign, the countenance of his face changed.

21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 After he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked faithfully with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Altogether, Enoch lived a total of 365 years. 24 Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

SEE YOURSELF JUST AS THE LORD SEES YOU

Revelation 1:5-6 To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power forever and ever! Amen.

As believers of Christ, our acceptance of the Kingdom of Heaven is made easier when we understand our spiritual identity as established by God. It is critical that we see ourselves just as the Lord Jesus sees us, and perceive God through his love and mercy, so that we can continuously do His will. The Lord Jesus Christ sees us as Kings and Priests to the Father. This enthronement was established by an act of love that translated through the eternal sacrifice on the cross.

Matthew 26:24 indicates that the Son of Man, Jesus Christ, will go just as it is written about him. THE SUPREME PURPOSE OF THE BODY

The purpose of your body, the supreme purpose is to be God's temple - the temple of the Holy Spirit. Keep that temple holy and worthy to host the Holy Spirit. The extent of the comfort the Holy Spirit finds in your body defines the extent of his manifestation through your personal life and the edification of the body of Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:19

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

WHAT IS GOD'S END PURPOSE FOR MAN?

Despite all His divine and incomparable attributes, almighty, all-knowing, all-powerful, omniscient, omnipotent, in all His splendour and His greatness, GOD craves for man's positive response to His great love.

His ultimate proof of love was the giving of himself on the cross as a sacrifice to redeem man from destruction so that we can share the same dwelling in eternity. Man occupies a special place in God's heart. The psalmist declares the following Psalms 8:4-8 What is man that you are mindful of him,and the son of man that you care for him?Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beingsand crowned him with glory and honour. You have given him dominion over the works of your hands;you have put all things under his feet, all sheep and oxen, and also the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, whatever passes along the paths of the seas.

The element of guarantee He gives to man is the deposit of the Holy Spirit in man and the divine manifestations that ensue when we align with His will. Revelation 21:3-5And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

THE NATURE OF GOD IN MAN

The Holy Scriptures attribute the creation of the world and all that is within to the Lord God almighty: Psalms 24:1-2 The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;Man is the central point of all creation, everything that was created is meant to help, assist and facilitate man's walk of life within the parameters defined by the understanding of GOD.

(Psalms 8:4-5 What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?[a]5 You have made them[b] a little lower than the angels[c] and crowned them[d] with glory and honour.)

As a diamond is to be mined deep down from the centre of the earth, and subsequently polished to reflect its real beauty and glory, so is the nature of GOD in man. Man is required to dig deep down his most inner part, the heart, to find and nurture God's nature.

This comes through a time of prayer and meditation on God's Word. All men are expected to unveil that part of them, yet, not all will. In truth, very few will. All the creation is aware of that nature of GOD that lies mostly dormant inside the depth of man's heart, except man himself. The creation waits in eager expectation for the revelation of the sons of God. ( Romans 8:19).

The revealing of GOD's nature in man is made through the fellowship of man with the Holy Spirit who helps us to walk the divine way of life on earth. John 16:7But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.

DO NOT FAIL TO DISCERN YOUR DESTINY HELPER - THE SOURCE OF THE BLESSING

When God was about to expand Abraham's wealth, He exposed Lot's ungratefulness. Having been invited into a divine journey out of Abraham's compassion following his father's death, Lot had acquired so many possessions that the land could not support them while they stayed together.

Lot thought the current possessions were the totality of God's promise and felt comfortable leaving Abraham, not knowing that God was only starting with him.

When parting company with Abraham due to constant contentions between their servants, he failed to acknowledge Abraham as his destiny helper, the source of the blessing, and ended up in an accursed land populated with accursed people doomed for destruction(Sodom and Gomorrah). His steps were no longer ordered by the Lord. It took Abraham's intercession to save him from destruction.

Don't be blinded by earthly possessions, but remain attached to the source of blessing.

Genesis 15:9-13

9 Is not the whole land before you? Let’s part company. If you go to the left, I’ll go to the right; if you go to the right, I’ll go to the left.”

10 Lot looked around and saw that the whole plain of the Jordan toward Zoar was well watered, like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt. (This was before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.) 11 So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company: 12 Abram lived in the land of Canaan, while Lot lived among the cities of the plain and pitched his tents near Sodom. 13 Now the people of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly against the Lord.

THE CYCLE OF LIFE - THERE IS NO LIFE WITHOUT GOD'S SPIRIT

The cycle of life involves GOD all the way, from the beginning to the end, whether we are believers in Christ or not. The Bible says that the birth of a child is not based on a natural descent, not even on a human decision, but on GOD's will. No wonder some women are naturally and scientifically sound, yet they cannot conceive (John 1:12-13 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.)

Our initial steps in life are powered by the spirit of life available to all human beings, regardless of our beliefs. (Genesis 2:7 the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.)

When we choose to walk the walk of life with the Holy Spirit and we fully submit to Him, He enhances our human abilities with His gifts (1 Corinthians 12) and we produce fruits(Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.)

When our journey on earth ends, the spirit of life returns to GOD (Revelation 11:11 And after three days and a half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet, and great fear fell upon them which saw them.).

God is the giver of life and the taker thereof (Psalms 36:9 For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.)
